Have you made your list of New Year’s Resolutions? Now that 2012 is here, it’s time to take that list and put those resolutions into action. This has always been a time for looking back into the past, and more importantly, looking into the future. It’s a time to reflect on the changes we want, or need, to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

According to USAWeekend.com, there are some New Year’s Resolutions that continue to be popular from year to year. Exercising is one of the top resolutions on those lists. After eating all the delicious meals and goodies at the holidays, getting back to a regular exercise routine sits at the forefront of the to-do list.
